1. General Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days of receipt of the order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Customized, personalized, or branded products cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
- Clearance or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We take quality assurance seriously. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at Contact@promoboxng.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- We will assess the claim and offer a replacement, store credit, or patial refund depending on the circumstances.
3. Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.
- If an item is missing, we will verify the order and send the missing item promptly.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized, engraved, or personalized products.
- Items that have been used or altered in any way.
- Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.
5. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email or call our customer support team with your order details and reason for return.
- Authorization & Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Packaging & Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number on the package.
- Inspection & Refund: Once received, we will inspect the item and process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7-10 business days.
6. Refunds & Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Orders can only be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
- Custom or bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
